Looking to jump start a new LIFESTYLE? Day 14 was created to help you achieve weight loss as well as overall health. This plan offers a VERY UNIQUE way of eating clean that has not been seen in the market yet. You are in total control of what you eat. No calorie counting, macro counting, or replacement bars or shakes. It's all designed around wholesome foods.  Forget the frustration, this program will walk you through 35 days and beyond of clean eating like never before!


If you are new to working out or looking to add to your base then personal training is the most efficient way to reach your goals with one-on-one instruction. With goal specific programs and the newest workout trends we will together to select the style that best fits your needs. Sessions can include: HIIT, Tabata, Weights, Xtreme Fit (yes, this one is my own) and MORE. Each session is a guaranteed full body blast and calorie kicker. 30 and 45 minute sessions available.


If you’d love the guidance of a personal trainer but not the financial burden or time commitment, online personal training is a GREAT option. Online training provides you a CUSTOM workout program that will maximize your results, the flexibility to complete workouts in your own time rather than being tied down to a scheduled session.

My online program is customized and offered in different packages to fit your lifestyle and needs. All training programs include easy to follow exercise plans with videos that demonstrate correct form and moves, as well as one on one chat suppot through the online/mobile app, and check ins after completing workout. Weather you want to train at home with little to no equipment or you have full access to a gym, you’ll have a plan that works for you and a me as your trainer to keep you accountable.

Group Training is a GREAT way to stay motivated, and accountable not to mention it is a FANTASTIC way to meet other women who share the same passion of working out. These workouts are designed to allow YOU the client to have control of how hard you want to work. These classes are LIMITED and sign ups are required.

MONDAY- 5am-5:45am (FULL)

Tuesday- 5:15-6:00am (Full)

WEDNESDAY- 5:45am-6:30am 2 spaces available

Thursday- 5:30am-6:00am (Full)

FRIDAY- 5:30am-6:15am 2 spaces available

Xtreme Core fitness is amazing!!! Working out with Christine is a highlight of my week. She is enthusiastic, motivating, knowledgeable and pushes you to meet your goals. She is very creative in planning the workouts, making them fun and challenging at the same time. No two sessions are ever the same!
